CELLULASE ENZYMES

BioPro – ACEL (Cellulase Enzyme for Fruit and Vegetable Processing)

DESCRIPTION:

BioPro – ACEL is a Cellulase enzyme derived from a selected strain of fungal species. It has been developed to breakdown the Cellulose and other Hemicellulolosic components in cellulosic materials. Its high level of Cellulase / Hemicellulase activities enables it to break down non-starch polysaccharides.

APPLICATION:

BioPro – ACEL is an optimized formulation of Cellulase Enzyme. It breaks down the cell wall of fruits thus providing excellent yields in fruit processing. It is also used for processing of vegetables and extraction of puree.

Application of BioPro - ACEL in Fruit and Vegetable Processing gives the following benefits:
Rapid extraction of juice with decreased pressure build up.
Efficiently breaks the cell wall structure.
Increase in extraction capacity due to faster filtration rate.
Fast viscosity reduction.
