ALPHA AMYLASE ENZYMES
BioPro – ACDA (Alpha Amylase Enzyme for Fruit Processing)
BioPro – ACDA is an Alpha Amylase Enzyme derived from a selected strain of Aspergillus spp. It has been designed especially for Starch hydrolysis under acidic conditions. It is a food grade product with broad substrate specificity and is able to efficiently hydrolyze most soluble Starch matter. It finds use in various Food Processing applications..
BioPro – ACDAis an Alpha Amylase Enzyme in liquid form. It catalyzes the hydrolysis of alpha – 1, 4 – glycosidic linkages of starch polysaccharides to yield dextrins, oligosaccharides, maltose and D – glucose thus providing excellent yields in Food processing. It finds use in Fruit juice modification in Food processing Industries.
Application of BioPro – ACDA in Fruit Processing gives the following benefits:
Hydrolyzes starch matter in fruit juices.
Prevents formation of haze.
Releases additional sugar.
Improves filtration properties.
