BIOREFINING ENZYMES

BioPulp – BRF (Biorefining Enzyme for Paper Industry)

DESCRIPTION

BioPulp – BRFis a Cellulase / Hemicellulase enzyme complex. It selectively modifies cellulosic fibers under the right processing conditions. It is specially designed to enhance fibrillation and achieve drainage improvement in paper making process. The fibrillation of recycled paper would result in reduction of refiner load. Thus a higher refiner throughput can be achieved. Better drainage rates would result in reduced steam consumption and increased machine run ability. In tissue paper production BioPulp – BRF will give substantial increase in bulk and reduced dusting. This provides for a better absorbance and softness of tissue and overall quality enhancement of the end product.

BioPulp – BRF offers the following benefits:
Improves inter fiber bonding by enhanced fibrillation.
Reduces refining energy requirement.
Improves paper strength properties.
Increases whiteness and brightness.
Eco-friendly & Biodegradable.

PROCESSING GUIDELINES:
The enzymatic effect depends on nature of pulp, type of process and application parameters. The product should be optimized for dosage depending on parameters required in a laboratory trial prior to commercial application.

DOSAGE:
The dosage can be optimized on basis of trials only and depends upon the type of process and desired level of performance efficacy. The initial recommended dosage is in the range of 0.2 – 0.5 KG / MT of Dry Pulp.

COMPATIBILITY:
It is recommended to test compatibility of BioPulp – BRF with ingredients used in paper processing prior to its use and its applications.

PACKING:
It is available in 25 KG & 50 KG HDPE Drums.

STORAGE:
Cool & dry conditions are recommended. Extended storage or adverse conditions may lead to higher dosage requirement.

SHELF LIFE:
It can be stored in closed container up to six months at 25°C.

SAFETY:
Enzyme preparation belongs to protein, which may induce sensitization and or cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contact with the human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor. MSDS is available on request.
