FUNGAL CELLULASE ENZYMES
BioDiet – ACEL (Fungal Cellulase Enzyme for Dietary Supplements)
BioDiet – ACEL is a Cellulase / Hemicellulase enzyme complex derived from a selected strain of fungal species. It has been developed to breakdown the Cellulose, Xylan, Arabinan and other Hemicellulolytic components in cellulosic materials. Its high level of Cellulase / Hemicellulase activities enables it to break down non-starch polysaccharides.
BioDiet – ACEL is a Cellulase Enzyme in Powder Form. It is designed to break down Cellulose / Hemicellulose matter during Food Processing. It finds use in various Food Processing applications such as Baking, Fruit and Vegetable Processing, Dietetic Supplements etc.
Application of BioDiet – ACEL in Dietetic Supplements gives the following benefits:
Specific action on Cellulose matter.
Efficiently breaks down Cellulose / Hemicellulose compounds.
Wide application process.
Important dietary benefits.
