CONCENTRATED CELLULASE ENZYMES
BioFade – Conc (Concentrated Biofading Enzyme for Formulation)
BioFade – Conc is a product for Biofading of Denim and Sulfur / Reactive over dyed garments in wash wheel process. It is a high concentrate and is designed to be formulated into products that fill the need of denim and garment processors.
BioFade – Conc partially digests excess and protruding yarns, loosening them from the fabric.The fading effect is obtained by homogenous removal of the indigo dye trapped inside the fibers by the cooperative action of enzymatic hydrolysis and mechanical agitation of the fabric. This improves softness, luster and drape.
BioFade – Concoffers the following benefits:
Improves texture, softness and appearance of fabric.
Significant fading effect with clear fabric surface.
No damage to strength of fabric.
Wide variety of application processes.
Eco-friendly & Biodegradable.
CHARACTERISTICS & PROCESSING PARAMETERS:
|Operative pH range||4.5 - 5.5|
|Operative Temperature range||50°C - 55°C|
|Solubility||Soluble in water|
The enzymatic effect depends on nature of fabric, type of process and application parameters. It is recommended to check process parameters like garment load size, liquor ratio, temperature, pH, process time, dosage and rinsing cycles.
The dosage can be optimized on basis of trials only and depends upon nature of fabric, type of process, processing conditions, concentrated of formulated product and desired level of performance efficacy.
It is recommended to test compatibility of BioFade - Conc with ingredients like wetting agents etc. prior to its use and its applications.
It is available in 25 KG & 50 KG HDPE Drums.
Cool & dry conditions are recommended. Extended storage or adverse conditions may lead to higher dosage requirement.
It can be stored in closed container up to six months at 25°C.
Enzyme preparation belongs to protein, which may induce sensitization and or cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contact with the human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor. MSDS is available on request.
