BioSorb – ACBG (Beta Glucanase Enzyme for Animal Feed Industry)

BioSorb – ACBGis a Beta Glucanase enzyme derived from a selected strain of Non-GMO fungal species. It has been developed to breakdown Beta-Glucans present in poultry diets containing Barley, Wheat, Rye and other cereals. Its high level of Beta Glucanase activity enables it to break down this non-starch polysaccharide efficiently.

BioSorb – ACBG is a Beta Glucanase Enzyme in Liquid and Powder Form. It is designed to break down Beta-Glucans present in the Animal Feed. Beta Glucans are among the major non-starch polysaccharides present in the cereal based feeds, hence its hydrolysis is essential for reduction of viscosity of the feed in the intestines of mono gastric animals.

BioSorb – ACBG offers the following benefits Animal Feed Industry:
Specific action on Beta Glucans.
Assists in the digestion process.
Decreases viscosity of the feed.
Improves uptake of nutrients.

Appearance Liquid / Powder
Color Brown / Off-white

It is available as a standalone enzyme concentrate (for formulation) or standardized blend of various enzymes.

The dosage depends upon enzyme concentration in feed formulation. The optimum dosage needs to be standardized on basis of dietary recommendations.

It is available in 50 KG HDPE Drums.

Cool & dry conditions are recommended. Extended storage or adverse conditions may lead to higher dosage requirement.

It can be stored in closed container up to six months at 25°C.

Enzyme preparation belongs to protein, which may induce sensitization and or cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contact with the human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor. MSDS is available on request.

LEGISLATION: As each country has its own specific animal feed regulations, the user is requested to ensure that the enzymatic preparation complies with the applicable legislation.
