BioSorb – ACDP (Fungal Protease Enzyme for Animal Feed Industry)

BioSorb – ACDP is a protease enzyme preparation derived from Non-GMO strain of Aspergillus spp. It is a feed grade enzyme with broad substrate specificity and is able to efficiently hydrolyze most soluble proteins. It finds use in Animal feed application for hydrolysis of various Vegetable proteins.

BioSorb – ACDP is a Fungal Protease Enzyme in Powder Form. It is designed to break down Proteins present in the Animal Feed. The composition of animal feed contains various proteins which are essential for muscle growth of the animals. BioSorb - ACDP breaks these proteins to soluble Amino acids which can be easily absorbed by the animal as a nutrient.

BioSorb – ACDP offers the following benefits Animal Feed Industry:
Specific action on Protein matter.
Assists in the digestion process.
Increases protein availability in the feed.
Improves uptake of nutrients.

Appearance Powder
Color Off-white
Operative pH range 4.5 - 6.5
Operative Temperature range 35°C - 65°C
Solubility Partially soluble

It is available as a standalone enzyme concentrate (for formulation) or standardized blend of various enzymes.

The dosage depends upon enzyme concentration in feed formulation. The optimum dosage needs to be standardized on basis of dietary recommendations.

It is available in 50 KG HDPE Drums.

Cool & dry conditions are recommended. Extended storage or adverse conditions may lead to higher dosage requirement.

It can be stored in closed container up to six months at 25°C.

Enzyme preparation belongs to protein, which may induce sensitization and or cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contact with the human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor. MSDS is available on request.

LEGISLATION: As each country has its own specific animal feed regulations, the user is requested to ensure that the enzymatic preparation complies with the applicable legislation.
