TEA PROCESSING ENZYMES

BioExtract – TPEC (Pectinase Enzyme for Tea Processing)

DESCRIPTION:

BioExtract - TPEC is an optimized formulation of Pectinase and Hemicellulase enzymes derived from a selected strain of fungal species. It has been specifically developed for breaking down of cell walls within the tea leaves during processing so that the leaves are better oxidized during fermentation and the release of the intra-cellular compounds which contributes to the flavor and hence the liquor is enhanced.

APPLICATION:

BioExtract - TPEC is an optimized formulation of Pectinase and Hemicellulase enzymes. It breaks down the cell wall of Tea leaf thus providing excellent yields in Tea processing.

Application of BioExtract - TPECin Tea Processing gives the following benefits:
Enhances TF, TR and TLC content of liquor.
Removes Pectin and other biopolymers from liquor.
Reduces the amount of fibrous tea waste.
Improves the appearance of made tea.
