BioDiet – ACDA (Fungal Alpha Amylase Enzyme for Dietary Supplements)

BioDiet – ACDA is an Alpha Amylase preparation derived from a selected strain of Aspergillus spp. It has been designed especially for Starch modification. It is a food grade product with broad substrate specificity and is able to efficiently hydrolyze most soluble Starch matter. It finds use in various Food Processing, Baking and Dietetic applications.

BioDiet – ACDA is a Fungal Amylase Enzyme in Powder form. It catalyzes the hydrolysis of alpha – 1, 4 – glycosidic linkages of starch polysaccharides to yield dextrins, oligosaccharides, maltose and D – glucose thus providing excellent yields in Food processing. It is also used for Starch modification in Baking Industries.

Application of BioDiet – ACDA in Dietetic Supplements gives the following benefits:
Specific action on Starch matter.
Efficiently breaks down starch compounds.
Wide application process.
Important dietary benefits.
