BioExtract – ACDX (Hemicellulase Enzyme for Extraction and Processing)
BioExtract – ACDX is a Hemicellulase / Xylanase enzyme complex derived from a selected strain of fungal species. It has been developed to breakdown the Xylan, Arabinan and other Hemicellulolytic components in cellulosic materials. Its high level of Xylanase / Hemicellulase activities enables it to break down non-starch polysaccharides.
BioExtract – ACDX is an optimized formulation of Hemicellulase / Xylanase Enzyme. It breaks down the cell wall of various plant matter thus providing excellent yields in various extraction related processing. It is also used for clarification and viscosity reduction during processing.
Application of BioExtract – ACDX in your existing processing gives the following benefits:
Enhanced extraction of intracellular components.
Efficiently breaks the cell wall structure.
Increase in extraction capacity due to faster filtration rate.
Fast viscosity reduction.
