fungal xylanase enzymes

BioPro – ACDX (Fungal Xylanase Enzyme for Food Industry)

DESCRIPTION:

BioPro – ACDX is a Xylanase / Hemicellulase enzyme complex derived from a selected strain of fungal species. It has been developed to breakdown the Xylan, Arabinan and other Hemicellulolytic components in cellulosic materials. Its high level of Xylanase / Hemicellulase activities enables it to break down non-starch polysaccharides. It breaks Xylan to short chain xylo-oligosaccharides of varying lengths.

APPLICATION:

BioPro – ACDX is a Xylanase Enzyme in Powder Form. It is designed to break down Xylan / Hemicellulose matter during Food Processing. It finds use in various Food Processing applications such as Baking, Food Processing and Dietetic Supplements etc.

Application of BioTan – ACDX in Baking Industries gives the following benefits:
Wide range of process application.
Efficiently breaks the Xylan / Hemicellulose structure.
Gives better crumb structure.
Increases volume and freshness.
