The Role

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi NCR, India for the role of Sales Head – Biofuels & Bioenergy. The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing key accounts, formulating and executing sales strategies, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals. The role involves developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with analysing market trends, overseeing sales performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and strategic decision-making
  • Team Management capabilities to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the Bioenergy sector is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biotechnology, or a related field
