The Role
This is a full-time role for an Application Specialist – BioEthanol. The role is based in Delhi NCR, India with partial flexibility for remote work. The Application Specialist will be responsible for providing application support, addressing troubleshooting needs, and ensuring the effective use of Noor Enzymes Bio-Ethanol solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include close collaboration with clients for technical support, optimizing applications and delivering insights to improve customer outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate, interpret, and optimize technical data and solutions
- Experience in Application Support and Troubleshooting to deliver practical, on-site, or remote solutions
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, teams, and stakeholders
- Expertise in Technical Support, including implementation, testing, and feedback improvement
Qualifications
- Background in Biotechnology, Chemistry or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the BioEthanol industry and enzyme applications is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry or a related field
