The Role

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kolkata, India for the role of Sales Head – Industrial BioSolutions. The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing key accounts, formulating and executing sales strategies, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals. The role involves developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with analysing market trends, overseeing sales performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and strategic decision-making
  • Team Management capabilities to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Industrial Enzymes sector is a mandatory requirement
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biotechnology, or a related field

Application Specialist – Grain Processing

The Role

This is a full-time position located in India with partial flexibility for remote work. The Application Specialist will be responsible for providing application support, addressing troubleshooting needs, and ensuring the effective use of Noor Enzymes Starch Processing and Grain Bio-Ethanol solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include close collaboration with clients for technical support, optimizing applications and delivering insights to improve customer outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate, interpret, and optimize technical data and solutions
  • Experience in Application Support and Troubleshooting to deliver practical, on-site, or remote solutions
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, teams, and stakeholders
  • Expertise in Technical Support, including implementation, testing, and feedback improvement

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the Grain Processing Industry or Enzymes sector is a mandatory requirement
  • Familiarity with the Bio-Ethanol industry is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry or a related field
